Industrial Connect faced the challenge of scattered data management, with crucial business, supplier, and customer records existing in different formats including spreadsheets, physical documents, and across multiple applications. The aim was to consolidate these records into one central location, help the marketing and sales department with easy access for both business inquiries and targeted marketing efforts.

Initial Meeting

The Client required a custom Contact Manager application that securely stored comprehensive details of both suppliers and customers.
